Itinerary
Day 1: Departure & Sunset Trek (3–4 hours)
Begin your adventure at our Hassilabied base, where you’ll meet your camel and expert guide. After a short briefing on camel riding, set off into the desert. Ride across the undulating dunes, following trails that lead you deeper into the heart of Merzouga. Pause along the way to enjoy the vast desert scenery and capture breathtaking photos. Arrive at your desert camp in time to witness a stunning Sahara sunset. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner and sip mint tea around a warm campfire before settling into your comfortable Berber tent for the night.
Day 2: Sunrise & Return Trek (2–3 hours)
Wake up early to catch the magical desert sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast at the camp, mount your camel again and follow a different route back to Hassilabied. Along the way, soak in the tranquility of the desert, observe wildlife tracks, and enjoy the peaceful silence of the Sahara. Arrive back at the base with unforgettable memories of your overnight desert adventure.
